Where is my order?
Open the CodeUdaya app → Orders. You can see the live status and, once a delivery partner picks it up, their location on the map. You can also call the store from the order screen.
How do I pay by UPI?
Choose UPI at checkout, pay with any UPI app and enter the 12–22 digit UTR from your payment receipt. The store confirms it after checking their bank account.
I want to sell on CodeUdaya
Start a free 7-day trial from the Products page. After the trial your shop continues free with a daily order limit, or you can upgrade any time.
How do I become a delivery boy?
Delivery staff are added by the shop owner (Owner app or website → Delivery team). Ask your shop owner for the login, then open the CodeUdaya app → “Delivery staff”.
How do I add my taxi?
Install the CodeUdaya app → “Taxi owner” → register your vehicle (Bike / Auto / Cab), licence, your own rate per km and minimum fare. Go ON DUTY and customers near you can choose your taxi. Customers pay you in cash.
How is the taxi fare calculated?
Pickup and drop are chosen on the map, the road distance is calculated automatically and multiplied by the rate per km set by that taxi owner (never below the owner’s minimum fare). You see every taxi’s fare before booking and pay cash.
I forgot my password
On the login screen tap “Forgot password”. We email a 6-digit code to reset it.
